Cirum Series Baby Brick Pneumatic Rosin Press

$3,600.00

  • Product Overview
  • Specifications
  • The Baby Brick Rosin Press is pneumatically powered and provides an increased flower capacity when compared to the Thin & Skinny and Cam Presses. The Baby Brick sized heat plates are still small enough to allow for minimum degradation when processing quality melts into Rosin. All pneumatic rosin presses are outfitted with a downstroke adjustment to give maximum control over the time it takes to come up to full pressure.

Versatility by design

One press for craft decisions and production commitments.

The Baby Brick is positioned between small batch craft processing and higher-capacity commercial processing. A producer can use the same platform press smaller low-temp batches to evaluate a cultivar or manufacture a limited SKU, and then schedule that recipe across a larger batch press and higher number of controlled cycles for production.

That versatility comes from balancing manageable batch size with increased capacity, tried and true pneumatic pressure, controllable downstroke speed, and platen geometry designed around matched preparation and filtration components.

Four operating modes

Small-batch craft does not have to mean low production capability.

01 · DEVELOP

R&D and Craft Runs

Test material behavior, temperature, pressure ramp, etc., or produce special low-temp, fast-press, small-batch persy SKUs.

02 · PROVE

Validate

Repeat the same preparation and press parameters until the team has given the cultivar the thumbs up on acceptable yield and quality to release a batch onto the shelves.

03 · PRODUCE

Run Recurring SKUs

Run craft-scale loads as a scheduled production, preserving batch control while working toward a defined daily or weekly quota.

04 · SCALE

More cycles or parallel stations

Increase staffed pressing hours, improve production line efficiency, or add matched units when demand grows—without abandoning the validated small-batch method.

Production quota planning

Scale from measured cycles—not unsupported throughput claims.

Actual output depends on material, verified yield, preparation time, press time, collection and reset time, staffing, and planned downtime. Establish those values with your own production records before setting a quota.

PLANNED FINISHED OUTPUT

Validated batch size × verified yield × completed cycles

ACHIEVABLE CYCLES

Staffed run time ÷ complete cycle timeComplete cycle time should include preparation, loading, pressure ramp, hold, release, collection, documentation, and reset—not press time alone.

The Baby Brick balance

Capacity where it helps. Control where it matters.

2.25 × 3.30-inch platens

Increased pressing area compared with the Thin & Skinny, while retaining geometry suited to quality-focused flow.

Up to 4,650 pounds of force

Adjustable pneumatic pressure gives operators the range to build material-specific ramp rates instead of relying on a single fixed application.

Adjustable downstroke speed

Control how the load approaches full pressure—an important variable when working with different flower, sift, and bubble-hash inputs.

Matched processing components

Baby Brick moulds and filters help standardize material footprint, density, and filter geometry, maintaining consistency between operators and cycles.

From craft method to production SOP

Protect quality as the schedule grows.

Production scalability is created by controlling the full workflow, measuring results, and reducing variation between cycles—not simply increasing pressure or batch size.

  1. StandardizeDefine target batch size based on input material, maximum pressure needed for desired results, temperature setting, pressure ramp rate, and hold time.
  2. MeasureTrack cycle time, yield, quality observations, labor time, losses, and finished-SKU allocation.
  3. ScheduleBuild daily and weekly quotas from verified cycle performance, collection, post processing, staffing, cleaning, and downtime.
  4. ExpandAdd shifts, improve station balance, or deploy parallel matched presses when demand exceeds the validated schedule.
