  • Product Overview
  • Specifications
  • The Thin & Skinny Rosin Press is pneumatically powered and capable of running all day with little to no fatigue to the user. The smaller heat platens match that of the Cam Press and are perfect for streamlined small-batch high-quality processing. The down stroke adjustment provides precision control over pressure output, while the smaller plates allow for your rosin to escape the heat as quick as possible.

Purpose-built for craft production

Small batches deserve the same control as a commercial line.

Craft production is not a reduced version of commercial manufacturing. It requires tight control over small quantities, the ability to test material without committing a large batch, and a workflow that protects the character of limited cultivar runs.

The Thin & Skinny is designed for that operating reality: compact platen geometry, adjustable pneumatic pressure, controllable downstroke speed, and repeatable cycles that help a skilled operator turn a validated method into consistent output.

Engineering around the batch

Why compact platen geometry matters.

Compact surface • Shorter flow path • Matched filter geometry
01

Focused Heat Transfer

The compact 1.75 × 2.75-inch pressing surface concentrates control around a craft-size load and supports consistent edge-to-edge heating.

02

Efficient Flow Path

Smaller platen geometry gives expressed rosin a shorter path away from the heated area, supporting quality-focused collection.

03

Matched Preparation

Thin & Skinny moulds and filters create a repeatable material footprint designed around the platen instead of treating preparation as an afterthought.

Where the Thin & Skinny fits

Built for producers who make decisions batch by batch.

CRAFT SKU PRODUCTION

Limited runs with professional process control

Produce boutique flower or hash rosin SKUs while maintaining pneumatic repeatability and a deliberate operator-controlled cycle.

R&D AND RECIPE DEVELOPMENT

Test without committing excessive material

Evaluate cultivar behavior, micron selection, temperature, pressure ramp, hold time, and second-press strategy using smaller input quantities.

CULTIVAR EVALUATION

Learn what each input wants

Compare material response and build strain-specific operating records before scaling a recipe into larger production.

QUALITY-LED WORKFLOWS

Prioritize control over maximum batch size

A strong fit when preservation, repeatability, and careful collection matter more than processing the largest possible load per cycle.

Operator control

Build a repeatable pressing recipe.

Exceptional solventless output depends on the interaction of material preparation, heat transfer, pressure distribution, ramp rate, hold time, filter geometry, and collection. The machine gives the operator a stable platform for controlling those variables.
