Pneumatic Pressure
Designed for the inherent change in size of the puck being pressed. The pneumatic cylinder will automatically follow to maintain the set pressure and resulting heat transfer, keeping oscillation in parameters to a minimum.

Higher Throughput.
Quality Held in Control.
The Brick is the highest-capacity press in the Rosin Technologies line—engineered to process larger loads while preserving the operator control required for quality-focused solventless production. Dual stainless steel heated platens, adjustable pneumatic pressure, controlled downstroke speed, and a two-stage pressure configuration give production teams access to substantial force without sacrificing a delicate initial touch.

The Brick Rosin Press is best fit for the commercial operator that require a larger processing capacity. It is pneumatically powered which means it can be operated using an air compressor or CO2 tank to do most of the hard work. It has the largest heat platens and most force in the rosin technologies line while maintaining the same pressure-to-plate size ratio as our other models. The Brick press also has a downstroke speed adjustment to give maximum control over the time it takes to come up to full pressure. This proves to be very handy when pressing sift and bubble hash.

Scale without surrendering quality
Higher throughput is valuable only when the finished extract continues to meet the production standard. The Brick increases load capacity, platen area, and available force while keeping the variables that matter—temperature control, automatic pressure maintenance, and a delicate ramp rate—under operator control.
This makes the platform suited to licensed processors and commercial manufacturers that need to increase scheduled output without treating quality as the cost of scale.
Thermal and pressure control under a larger load
Digital temperature control • Room temperature to 220°F
Designed for the inherent change in size of the puck being pressed. The pneumatic cylinder will automatically follow to maintain the set pressure and resulting heat transfer, keeping oscillation in parameters to a minimum.
A balanced algorithm programmed and calibrated around the amount of heat energy lost when processing rosin. Limits temperature oscillation when feeding the press in a production setting.
Adjustable downstroke speed and optional two-stage pressure adjustment give the operator a range of pressure application options that is unmatched in the industry.
An extremely rigid cast C-frame helps keep the heat platens square and minimizes deflection under pressure. Maintaining parallel platen alignment promotes even pressure distribution across the material and filter, reducing uneven loading that can force material toward one side and increase the risk of a blowout.
Actual temperature oscillation and recovery depend on setpoint, load temperature and mass, room conditions, duty cycle, electrical configuration, and operating method. Confirm performance using production records.
Force with a delicate touch
The value of force is not simply reaching a maximum. It is having enough range to apply the right pressure at the right stage of the extraction. Adjustable downstroke speed and pressure control help the operator avoid blowouts and give oil time to establish a flow.
When paired with the two-stage pressure system, the Brick can separate oil with gentle material engagement even in the higher-force extraction setting.
Use the lower-pressure stage for a controlled initial touch, allowing the prepared load to settle, warm, and begin expressing without immediately applying full system force.
Move into the higher-pressure stage according to the processor’s recipe, using the Brick’s force range deliberately rather than treating maximum force as the default.
Commercial throughput
Process 10–14 grams of flower or 6–30 grams of concentrate per prepared load, meet daily production quotas with ease.
Turn dialed-in temperature, pressure stages, and accurate repeatability into high quality results.
Reduce operator fatigue and variation compared with manually generating force across a commercial production schedule.
Coordinate pre-press preparation, filter packing or wrapping, loading, cooling, and reset so the press is not waiting on the surrounding process.
Production-ready construction
Designed, engineered, and manufactured in the United States.
Dual 2.8 × 4.0-inch heated platens provide the Brick’s largest pressing surface.
Adjustable from room temperature to 220°F for material- and SKU-specific operating parameters.
Best approach to accurate pressure application for a puck that will range in thickness during the pressing process.
120, 220, 230, and 240-volt options are available for different facilities.
